The Dataset This dataset was produced using a set of four iButtons and an iButton reader. The data was collected over a two year period at either 30 or 60 minute intervals. Almost 80,000 readings. The dataset is processed to extract the daily minimum and the daily maximum temperature at each of the four locations. There is a small amount of data to be collected for September. Missing this period once is bad luck, twice is simple stupidity.

The Locations Outside - Ground. Outside against a wall. On the ground but covered Outside - Gutter. In a rainwater gutter. 7ft above ground and exposed to Sun, Rain and Wind Inside - Floor. On a heated floor, but shaded from the sun. Inside - Shelf. On a shelf at about 5ft above floor level. Shaded from the sun.
